SPMAP GIS: South Platte Mapping and Analysis Program, Geographic Information System (GIS) Component
Geographic Information System (GIS) themes and spatial analysis features of SPMAP can be used to create input files for the IDSCU Model and SDF View, or as a stand-alone tool. The SPMAP tools are under development by the Integrated Decision Support Group (IDS), with cooperation from local water user organizations.
The development of GIS themes for well locations and streamflow depletion factors (SDFs) has been combined with other useful map themes to provide a comprehensive tool for mapping and analysis. ArcView version 3.2 was selected for the model platform; an extension to ArcView using the Avenue scripting language was constructed in a Windows 95/NT environment for tool development and spatial themes added for the South Platte.
Unless otherwise indicated all themes are projected in NAD83.

I added the AWAS parameter calculator. It should run in any version of ArcGIS. It uses .net, so you may have to install .net 1.1 or 2.0 from Microsoft's windows update site. Once installed, go to customize in the Tools menu and click the customize tab. Select category "IDS", and the transmissivity tool should appear. Drag it to a toolbar (you may want to create a new toolbar). If you run into any problems please let me know.
