	 I have a potential problem in that the footing call compass
	 directions may be flipped (ie, N instead of S).  Currently

	 Added wait cursors when doing PLSS->UTM calculations.

	 When doing PLSS->UTM calculations, the footing call input
	 fields are blanked out when using PLSS quarter-sections, and
	 PLSS quarter-section fields are erased when doing footing
	 calls in order to prevent confusion over what data was used
	 to calculate the UTM coordinates.

	 Added an erase button in the PLSS->UTM tab to blank out all
	 input fields.

	 Added jpeg, bitmap, and sid image formats to Add Theme
	 file-selection box.

	 Added IDS logo to main screen.

	 Rearranged menus so that they make more sense: eliminated the
	 edit menu and moved delete themes to the themes menu.

9/27/05	Fixed error in footing call calculation where PLSS borders
	that were at an angle would cause the distance to be
	calculated using the closest point anywhere on the border.
	Now the footing call is calculated by intersecting two lines
	along the closest PLSS borders, and if they intersect, then the
	distance of the lines are used for the footing call values.
	For example, if a well is located in the NW section, then a
	line is created that goes through the well and follows the
	direction formed by the north PLSS line taken from each
	corner.  The shortest distance of where this line intersects
	the PLSS boundary is taken to be the east/west footing call
	distance.  The same is done for the north/south footing call.
